[Mimicking] Siem Reap Jungle handmade burger

 

 

 

Let me introduce you to Jungle Handmade Burger House, located near Pub Street. The owner came here to 
Cambodia 20 years ago,
Jungle Burger has been operating since 2011. A whopping 13 years~

During the coronavirus pandemic season, Siem Reap was hit harder than other tourist cities in other countries. 
The reason is, at that time
As we decided to carry out the city maintenance project together, the entire city became a mess and not only 
tourists, but also local residents.
Most people who run stores or businesses were unable to survive and returned home.

However, "Jungle Burger" has firmly maintained its position for 13 years even after going through difficult times.

As I took pictures, they smiled and posed for pictures.
Next to Creighton's owner is Tina, an employee. Other employees were busy doing other things, so I passed.

 

 

 

Wow~ Interior... Looking at the interior frames on the wall, I realized that the owner was a rugby fanatic.

 

 

As soon as you sit down, a wet towel is provided. I asked for a beer first.
Cambodia, where beer is cheaper than water~ haha

 

 

There is a menu, but I think the two photos above will be all you need.
I ordered JB'S NEW BURGER BROTHER in the center of the first photo.
Will that size actually come out?

​When ordering, the waiter asks if you want the vegetables stir-fried or raw.
I asked for it to be stir-fried.

 

 

This is the JB'S NEW BURGER BROTHER hamburger that came out a little later.
It looks a little smaller than in the picture, but you can probably eat this much~
It was a unique black bread topped with sesame seeds.​

First, I tried to grab it with my hand and eat it whole, but no matter how I looked at it, I couldn't eat it in one bite.
It's not about size.

Evolved right away into a human using tools.. I cut half of it with a knife.

 

 

Ah, the beef pad, stir-fried vegetables, and cheese inside are so overflowing that they almost spill out.
Because I cut it hastily, there are pieces on the plate. hehe

You can see the thickness of the beef pad because it is actually handmade.
It's true.

​I ate and ate for a while and tried to eat it all, but in the end I couldn't eat it all.​

After the tour of the historic site, it might be enough to chew on a rock. By the standards of an adult male,
It's not easy to eat it all.

I think it would be a good idea for two women to share one.
I think two men could share one.

 

 

 

I clearly saw on the price tag that the beer was $1, so I asked why I wasn't charged.

They say you get 1 drink for 1 food for free.
Oh, it's a $1 save. hehe

​The ice cream looks delicious so I want to order it, but I can't even finish the hamburger by myself.
It’s too much, so I’ll have to eat ice cream next time.​
